GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (F/M/D) - MILAN ON-SITE

Purpose of Position The role is primarily involved with our Global/local clients and you will support the consultation or soft management of a number of these affiliate programs. You will act as a point of contact for your clients by providing basic strategy and optimisation techniques, supporting with technical and financial issues, instilling good basic Account Management practices, conducting meetings when necessary, liaising and communicating with publishers and other key stakeholders and ultimately supporting the growth of your clients’ KPIs. Key Responsibilities Providing client service for Global/local clients Identifying potential growth clients and focusing on their development in line with the Team Leader and the HoAS Conducting business review meetings with the clients Respecting timelines and targets as well as qualitative standards Skills & Expertise Bachelor degree or similar education Native Italian and Fluent English (C1). Another language is a plus Previous experience in digital advertising or e-commerce is a plus Previous experience in performance marketing is a plus Well-founded skills in Excel/PPT Strong customer focus and sales attitude Excellent communicator with different internal and external stakeholders Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and build reliable connections Analytical skills to translate business needs into actions Proactive approach to tasks and challenges Our Offer Flexi-Week and Work-Life Balance: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing, offering you a flexible four-day Flexi-Week at full pay and with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.
