Due to continued success, we’re looking to add a German-speaking Brand Ambassador to our Events and Training team. Our Brand Ambassadors train and inspire our retailers, so that they have the confidence and skills to set up and sell our exceptional music systems. In addition, the “BAs” organise, manage and present at impactful events to demonstrate to customers how astonishing home audio can be. Let’s put Nina Simone, Black Sabbath and the whole Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra in their living rooms! Based at our factory in Glasgow, expect regular travel across the UK, our German speaking markets and even further around the globe. Ideal for a driven, enthusiastic, open-minded go-getter who flourishes in a demanding role outside the corporate mould yet is ambitious to develop and progress in the role and even further in the company. Responsibilities include: ·Organise and manage retailer events from concept to completion. ·Deliver engaging, fun and impactful presentations at events. ·Train our retailers on the brand, history and products either online, at the factory or at retailer premises across the world. ·Work closely with the Business Development team to understand the events and training needs of our retailers and ensure return on investment. ·Assist in the development of Linn events and training materials. ·Maintain and develop content for our online learning portal – Linn Akademy. ·Give insightful tours of the factory to retailers, VIP customers or Hifi press. ·Support with some of the commercial activities of our German retailers’ business plans. ·Fluency in German is essential ·Ability to capture the attention of and entertain when presenting to an audience of 1 to 100 people. ·Technically minded and able to deliver complex information in an easy-to-understand manner. ·Happy to travel worldwide on a regular basis. ·Commercially minded with a consultative, not hard sell approach. ·A strong passion for music and can enthuse about Linn. ·Attention to detail with an unwavering drive to get the best sound from our music systems and deliver exceptional and memorable events.
