GENERAL MANAGER - FRANCHISE

Job Requirements Job Description  Responsible for the overall operation of the hotel.
Oversees the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage.
Implements and oversees the daily quality process at the hotel.
Consults with owners and corporate offices, as required.
Interviews counsel and evaluates staff.
As a Hotel Manager, you are responsible for carrying out the daily operations of the property.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
\u00B7 Reviews and approves hotel operations and food and beverage department budgets, defining and directing changes, as required.
\u00B7 Reviews forecasts and balanced scorecard.
Directs hotel actions required maximizing profitability, increasing service levels and improving team member satisfaction.
\u00B7 Ensures hotel implementation and compliance with daily quality process of Hilton Hotels Corporation policies and procedures as well as Brand Standards.
\u00B7 Oversees the sales and marketing activity and results.
Leads and/or participates in sales and marketing strategy meetings.
Participates in efforts to secure business, as needed.
\u00B7 Leads executive committee/department heads to ensure overall profit, service and team member satisfaction goals are met or exceeded.
\u00B7 Speaks with and responds to guests regarding service challenges.
\u00B7 Consult with hotel owners as appropriate.
\u00B7 Hires, supervises, coaches, disciplines and conducts performance evaluations for department heads and key personnel.
\u00B7 Develops the skills and abilities of direct reports.
\u00B7 Monitors high potential department heads and team member activity and ensures their growth within the company..
\u00B7 Oversees hotel\us interaction with the business community.
Work Experience  We are looking for a candidate with all-inclusive experience, in a property with high volume and above 150 rooms.
A Hotel Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.

\u00B7 Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, food & beverage.

\u00B7 Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team.
\u00B7 Ability to delegate manages and organizes projects and establishes priorities consistent with company objectives.
\u00B7 Ability to effectively deal with owners, customers and team members, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.
\u00B7 Ability to manage multiple projects, meet and work effectively under time and resource constraints \u00B7 Ability to effectively lead team of professionals.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions.
\u00B7 Leadership experience; preferably 3-5 years or more.
