Designers, Human Factor experts , and engineers work side by side to achieve the most suitable interaction with a technological solution – either visual, physical, vocal, or gestural. In doing that, we can count on consolidated expertise in interaction and visual design, ergonomics, and human factors, as well as on SW, FW, and HW development for HMI. We are seeking a middle/senior Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the latest technologies, with a strong focus on frontend but also possessing backend skills. This role involves defining architectures, technologies, and workflows from scratch, coordinating the work of other team members, and ensuring the quality of the final product. Key Responsibilities: Develop web applications using technologies such as, but not limited to, React/Angular for the frontend and Node.js for the backend. Define solution architectures and choose appropriate technologies. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Coordinate a team of 2-3 developers, setting milestones and project goals. Ensure integration of REST web services and work with CMS and ASP.NET Core . Guarantee code quality and adherence to development standards. Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer (at least middle level). Excellent knowledge of React/Angular and Node.js . Experience with CMS, ASP.NET Core , and REST web services . Ability to define software architectures and select the most suitable technologies. Experience in managing and coordinating development teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Autonomy and ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
