offerta understand the strategy of huawei digital power, develop service strategies, keep executing and optimizing the strategies; deeply understand customer's business, organization and service structure, maintain and develop good relationships with key service customers; execute voic of customer management actions, identify and improve the weak point to ensure and improve customer satisfaction; major delivery project support, manage integration partners, and resolve partners' delivery issues; handle network problems in a timely manner and regularly track and manage the problems, recovery of unexpected network acciden; specify key service requirements, master huawei's service solutions and can participate in developing reasonable service commercial strategies to support competition.
competenze ed esperienza minimum bachelor degree of engineering, who majored in electrical, new energy, solar etc are preferred.
familiar with project delivery and maintenance service support.
fluency in english and native language; excellent communication skills.
> 3 years of big project delivery, project management experience, service working sexperience with solar, bess, new energy are preferred; success-oriented and a team player.
