We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced FSRE (Facilities, Safety, and Real Estate) Coordinator to manage our site operations and ensure the safety and upkeep of our facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, implementing maintenance and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental regulations, as well as managing on-site services and providing support to the site manager and business.
Your key responsibilities.
Operation of the site.
Manage contracts related to the installations, draw up specifications for services and issue calls for tenders if necessary.
Ensuring the upkeep and routine maintenance of facilities by developing, implementing and monitoring maintenance programs.
Managing on-site services (cleaning, reception, multiservice, etc.) and ensuring that they are carried out to a high standard.
Liaison with representatives of the owners and service providers in coordination with the site management.
Ensuring the replenishment of office and other related supplies (ordering and receiving).
Distributing mail and managing incoming and outgoing goods in back-up from the reception service provider.
Execute small first-level improvement and maintenance projects.
Propose improvement works (maintenance, replacement, new works, etc.) to improve the environment and working conditions.
Occasionally, organize and supervise removals and refurbishment of offices/spaces.
Environment Hygiene and Safety.
To be the safety referent on the site.
Bringing the prevention plan and the single site document to life.
To ensure the site's safety activities.
Manage, implement and apply internal procedures in line with the group's HSE policy and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations at facility level (including waste management).
Manage safety and regulatory training.
Controlling access and site security.
Control and ensure emergency/evacuation procedures on site.
Support to the Site Manager  and business.
Contribute and give support to Site Manager and to the different business.
Fleet management - Managing the company vehicle fleet (around 30 vehicles).

Working in collaboration with the service provider.
Be responsible for the company vehicle policy.
Qualifications.
At least a 3-year university degree and/or an equivalent level acquired through at least 5 years of experience, ideally in the facility management sector.
Technical knowledge in building maintenance and upkeep.
Good knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
Languages.
Italian and English fluent.
IT tools.
