FRAGRANCE SPECIALIST/SALES ADVISOR

Svolgere distinte consulenze one-on-one, offrendo esperte indicazioni e trasmettendo l'ampia conoscenza sulle fragranze.
Garantire un elevato servizio clienti durante la vendita e l'assistenza post-vendita.
Gestire la comunicazione e l'assistenza clienti tramite telefono/e-mail nell'atelier.
Organizzare l'agenda per la creazione di profumi e i workshop.
Preparare e spedire ordini di e-commerce seguendo le procedure e le linee guida.
Agire come un vero ambasciatore del marchio.
Contribuire al fatturato dell'atelier raggiungendo gli obiettivi di vendita e produttività.
Mantenere gli standard del negozio e conoscere le procedure, eseguendole quotidianamente.
Gestire la merce in ordine sia in area vendita che in magazzino.
Effettuare regolari riassortimenti di magazzino e organizzazione dei prodotti.
PROFILO.
Entusiasmo e conoscenza delle fragranze e del mondo dei profumi.
Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel settore del retail di lusso.
Eccellenti capacità relazionali e di comunicazione, con un approccio orientato al servizio clienti.
Alte competenze di vendita.
Dimostrare un buon spirito di squadra sul luogo di lavoro.
Capacità di adattarsi e essere versatili di fronte ai cambiamenti.
Mantenimento di elevati standard personali.
Abilità organizzative.
Competenze di comunicazione scritta e verbale superiori.
Fluente in italiano e inglese, la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un vantaggio.
Conoscenza di base di MS Office.
Flessibilità nei giorni lavorativi con la possibilità di lavorare principalmente nei fine settimana.
