Formulation Analyst I in Lodi, California At Cepheid, we are passionate about improving health care through fast, accurate diagnostic testing. This position is part of the Laboratory Analyst I and will be located in Lodi, CA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Work safely with hazardous chemicals and follow all safety policies fostering a safe work environment. Use standard operating procedures or scientific methods to guide own work and solve standard problems. Be responsible for bulk buffer formulation, bead dropping using a beadulator, loading and unloading beads from the lyophilizer, and sieving of beads. The essential requirements of the job include: High School degree (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of related work experience OR AA or Technical Trade Degree with 0-1 years of related work experience. Performing accurate real-time documentation to ensure right first time (RFT) operations and performing pH testing. Monitoring equipment and informing leads or management of any issues as well as maintaining laboratory housekeeping including reagent and equipment inventory levels. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: cGMP and cGLPs, FDA and ISO standards.
