As food technologist You will ensure testing of key performance functionality, compliance with technical standards.
Reporting to the Cooking Science Laboratory Manager, You will translate input of consumer needs into technical solution and provide performance improvements and proposals.

achelor in Food Science / Technology or Chemical EngineeringDeep knowledge Food safety and quality standardsExpertise in food transformation processes, particularly cooking techniquesProficiency in testing methodologies (DOE, statistical analysis)Practical experience in food preparation and cookingStrong understanding of food testing and evaluation principlesExperience in food or appliance industryOpen-minded and adaptable to working in a global environmentAbility to work in a matrix organization including remote interactionExcellent communication and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications.
ix Sigma Green Belt certificationCulinary experience as a chef or in a restaurantKnowledge of electrical laboratory equipment and testingTechnical report writing skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
German, Italian, Portuguese, or Chinese languages are a plus.
