Our historic Hotel, with its Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and a locally inspired Spa where you can spend afternoons in pure indulgence, is just steps away from the cultural heart of Florence.  About the roleAt Four Seasons Hotel Firenze we are looking for a passionate Finance Intern to provide administrative support within the division learning all aspects of the general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general cashiering in accordance with local and corporate policies and procedures. What you will doSupport the team in generating reports and updating departmental files.Scan, file and organize all files according to company procedures. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance and assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed. Comply with all company policies and procedures and bring to the attention of Assistant Director of Finance any discrepancy.Maintain the strictest confidentiality and report any policies breach to the Assistant Director of Finance. Develop and present a project work to reinforce training. What you bringEducation: High school education or equivalent experience.Analytical mindset and good mathematical skills.Proficiency in using Excel.Attention to detail, strong work ethic and confidentiality.
