That’s our promise to such a candidate. A few examples of your responsibilities M&A and investor relations support. Help with target companies' financial review. Then, oversee due diligence (financial, tax) of acquired companies and related restructuring. Support board minutes, and relate with banks, investors, and institutional stakeholders. Support with financial planning, reporting, and controlling. Prepare managerial financial reports, offering insights into performance, variances, and adherence to fiscal policies. Collaborate with other teams on budget management, spending alignment, and financial objectives. Audit preparation. Implement internal controls, continuously improving processes for financial integrity and operational efficiency. Support for external and internal audits. Equity plans. Improve and oversee our equity plans and related implementation. Then, support Spooners with equity plans, answering their requests. Normative compliance and incentives. Keep up to date with international accounting principles and normative changes. Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with accounting standards, tax regulations, and fiscal requirements. Scout fiscal incentives and design the group’s intercompany flows. If they possess a few years of relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between €63,965 and €143,330. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact.
