Finance & Administration Manager Germany The Opportunity TCR Group is the leading European provider of integrated solutions for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in the aviation industry. As a Finance & Administration Manager , you report to the General Manager Germany. You ensure a smooth and efficient running of finance, accounting, and business controlling processes for our German entity. This role is an exciting opportunity to become part of an ambitious and growing global group. The selected candidate will help build an organization and implement a growth strategy in Germany. A snapshot of what you will be doing here: You will be part of the management team of TCR Germany. Developing and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections. Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations on financial strategy and decision-making. Support the development of TCR’s business in Germany (and German-speaking countries) by supporting operations and management with financial responsibilities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the German entity, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports. Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures. Manage and coach the finance team. Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, including Human Resources. We are looking for an individual who has: A Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 5 - 10 years of experience in finance. Strong people management skills in addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A flexible, ambitious, and positive mindset, with a strong business acumen. Capable of preparing and giving PPT presentations and loves digging into huge Excel files. A perfect understanding of both German and English. Willing to travel (the position is based in Düsseldorf but business travels to other stations (Frankfurt, Munich) are part of the job, too).
