You ensure that the food and beverages departments have everything they need for business operations and, together with the F&B Operations Manager and Departmental Managers, take care of admin procedures.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our hotel in Berlin as a trainee (m/f/d).
Job Description How does your working day look like … You’ll make sure the accounts are correct and admin processes run smoothly.
You’ll help to draw up budgets, and keep an eye on assessments and analyses in the F&B sector You’ll support ordering processes and optimum inventory management You’ll never lose sight of the overall picture, even when one project follows on the heels of the another You’ll support various F&B projects, and pitch in when one of your colleagues from service or purchasing is on leave Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV … You’re passionate about working in F&B and have previous working experience in the field You have fun trying things out and taking the road less travelled You’re a whizz-kid at organisation, and your IT skills speak for themselves You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character Additional Information What´s in it for you … Get to know our 25hours hotels and stay for free for a maximum of 10 nights per years as an employee Take advantage of being part of Ennismore and get generous discounts when visiting our bars and restaurants as well as booking hotel rooms all over the world Benefit from great offers from our numerous cooperation partners Be part of our hilarious staff parties and much more …
