Role Overview.
As a Customer Support Advisor you will be a key brand representative and first point of contact for customers.
You will assist customers across digital platforms provide product information resolve delivery issues and address account concerns while accurately recording all interactions.
Key Responsibilities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in your role as a Customer Support Advisor.
