You will be working in a multinational environment, in particular, you will.
Be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of all materials, equipment, and services required for capital projects, track the progress of purchase orders from issuance to delivery Regularly follow up with suppliers to obtain status updates on deliveries and update internal stakeholders on order status and any potential delays.
Identify potential delays and work proactively with suppliers to mitigate these issues Prepare expediting reports, check and comment Vendor Progress reports.
Work and distribute regular reports on the status of orders and deliveries to management and other stakeholders Ensure all documentation is compliant with project requirements and company policies checking it with relevant disciple owner/specialist #LI - EU If you share our passion for consulting and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you.
Preferential experience in expediting or supply chain management, preferably within the engineering, technology, or energy sectors.
Understanding of procurement and logistics processes.
Experience with supply chain management software and tools.
High School Diploma in Technical and Scientific Disciplines as minimum requirement, or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
