What does an Executive Director, EMEA Planning do? An Executive Director Planning/IBP leads the supply phase of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring collaboration among finance, sales, portfolio, and supply chain teams to meet business objectives. They provide strategic, financialized insights to guide decisions on supply chain risks, portfolio opportunities, and overall business performance. This role involves defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: Production adherence Service levels Inventory Costs While also aligning global processes and data structures. Additionally, the Executive Director fosters close collaboration with sales teams and customers to improve demand plan accuracy and oversees business continuity planning and material master data management to support effective decision-making. Collaborative Leadership: Strong ability to partner with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to drive results. Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial analysis and the ability to integrate financial insights into supply chain decisions. Technology Proficiency: Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, ERP (SAP), and data management to support global alignment and optimization. Transformational Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives within a matrix organization.
