EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND ADMINISTRATOR

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a background in school or camp administration. The Administrator will be responsible for making sure all our paperwork are in place for our students and teachers, virtual filing, working on schedules and ensuring the safety of all students. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. We are looking for a member whose legendary attention to detail and commitment to phenomenal service comes naturally. TMS is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, dedicated administrator who resides in Marin county. This position is ideal for someone who handles responsibility well, wants autonomy, and is a self-starter. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Administrator to join our team at the Terra Schools. You will play a critical role in creating a positive, emotionally safe, and enriching environment for our students. We are a multilingual private school and camp program that combines small class sizes, whole-child development, and nature-based learning. Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities International workforce Job Responsibilities: Oversee the proper keeping of student confidentiality, emergency records, and procedures Establish positive rapport with students, parents, and staff via emails Communicate community events and reminders to families Manage email and voicemail inboxes from vendors, including responding to emails/calls professionally and promptly Represent the school well as you are often the first impression in communication with the public Support admissions office when needed Support Staff Scheduling and arrange for substitute teachers when needed Partner with cross-functional teams on conference room scheduling, team meetings, event planning, and office logistics, including welcome and setup of new employees Exec. support responsibilities, including managing schedules, coordinating external meetings, planning and coordinating travel arrangements What’s Unique About Us Language Immersion.
