s the European Innovation Hub Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team of engineers in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment that sits at the intersection of customer experience, sustainability, and technological advancement.
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful impact across Amazon's global operations while championing solutions that benefit both our customers and the environment.
You will have the unique opportunity to pioneer the development of a state-of-the-art innovation facility , creating an immersive experience for clients, partners and stakeholders.

day in the life- Develop and implement the hub's strategic vision and business plan - Create and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders - Drive the development of innovative solutions and research programs - Manage the hub's budget, financials and operational KPIs - Oversee facility operations and experience design- Oversee lab operations including equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and testing procedures- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for lab processes and test methodologies- Represent the Lab capabilities both internally and externally
