To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a “Sustainability Specialist” to join our team. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF Be a link between the universe of ESG and the one of business progress, understanding the crucial need for the 2 to coexist. Develop, implement, and monitor ESG projects, strategies and policies. Conduct ESG impact assessments and analyses. Together with our Head of People, design and implement activities focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. Collaborate with various departments to promote sustainable and regenerative practices. Monitor and report on ESG performance regularly to provide data-informed proposals on short- and long-term roadmaps. Keep the organization updated on ESG regulations and industry trends. Expound the network in the local and Italian territory liaising with experts, events and organizations to collaborate with on ESG activities. Be an ambassador for ESG-related events and activities internally and externally. Support with all employer branding activities in relation to ESG. WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, or a related field. +2 years of previous experience in a similar role. Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex business intricacies. In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both in Italian and English.
