Full Time - Unlimited Your contribution to the energy transition As an experienced EPC Project Manager Team Lead, you will oversee our innovative project management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale project delivery within the photovoltaic and EPC sectors. This role involves supervising up to 8 team members, managing projects directly, and collaborating strategically with department heads on various initiatives. Project Mastery: Ensure the successful execution of multiple projects, keeping everything on time, within scope, and on budget. Stakeholder Engagement: Be the linchpin for stakeholders, maintaining clear and impactful communication throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Navigator: Anticipate and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth project journeys. Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgets with precision, aligning financial targets to achieve company goals. Quality Advocate: Champion quality control processes, upholding our high standards across every project. Resource Strategist: Balance resources expertly to meet project deadlines and optimize team workloads. Your energy is required You impress us with these qualifications: Education: Degree in Business Administration or a related field. PMI certification is a plus. Training in contract management is beneficial. Experienced Leader: Over 10 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with a strong background in photovoltaic or EPC projects. Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Teams. Skills and Attributes: Leadership and Conflict Resolution: Strong leadership abilities and adept at conflict resolution. High-Pressure Performer: Thrives in fast-paced environments and remains composed under pressure. Collaborative Spirit: Enjoys working with colleagues and peers, fostering a supportive and innovative team environment. Versatile: Comfortable both in office settings and on construction sites, with a willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time. Work Environment: Hybrid and Flexible: Embrace our hybrid working culture, with required office presence 3 days a week.
