Responsibilities Identify and engage top talent in the online media sector through various sourcing strategies Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on client needs and job specifications Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients and candidates Collaborate with the marketing team to promote job openings and attract potential candidates Utilize recruitment software and tools to track candidate progress and streamline the hiring process Requirements Fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in the online media industry Excellent networking skills and ability to source candidates through various channels Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and candidates Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Benefits The opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.
