The ideal candidate will design, analyze, and optimize mechanical components and systems, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards. What we expect from you: Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or a related field). 2 to 5 years of professional experience in mechanical/electrical engineering. Proficiency in CATIA. Knowledge of Ansys Maxwell simulation tool. Strong understanding of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, and electrical systems. Experience in conducting simulations and analyses for product design and validation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal. Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC.
