ELECTRICAL COMMISSIONING COORDINATOR

FRAG Srl are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Commissioning Coordinator for Oil & Gas project.The candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record in coordinating and overseeing electrical commissioning activities on complex projects. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee all electrical aspects of the project, in commissioning and in onshore and offshore plants.Main Responsibilities:Organize, coordinate, and control the execution of electrical works performed by subcontractors or in-house teams, ensuring seamless integration with other construction disciplines and engineering departmentsOversee the availability of construction materials and equipment, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with project documentation and scheduleEnsure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures, actively contributing to safety walkdowns and incident investigationsVerify that commissioning and start-up requirements are accounted for in engineering documents and participate in project planning and schedulingReview vendor schedules and assignments related to commissioning, start-up, and test run activities, ensuring timely follow-up and completionIssue regular progress reports on electrical commissioning activities within your area of responsibilityContribute to the planning and scheduling of job routines for the project's maintenance plan, assigning resources, materials, and logisticsOversee preventive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance activitiesCoordinate with vendors at the site within your operating areaApprove work orders according to the Permit to Work procedure to enable scheduled worksEnsure the correct implementation of electrical isolation control through the Switch Board locking and unlocking registerLead and train your team, identifying and addressing any training gapsOptimize the maintenance plan, spare parts, and manpower based on plant feedbackRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in electrical commissioning and coordination on complex projects of Oil & Gas sectorStrong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standardsExcellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency knowledge of English languageSchengen Visa holderLocation: Europe + AsiaDuration: 24 monthsAvailability: asap
