What you will do We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Excellence team for a 6-month internship . This position will report directly to the Pomezia EHS Site Lead for the EMEA Region and will focus on performance management, analytics, and reporting with a strong emphasis on automation. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and impactful field. Key Responsibilities Performance Management: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting EHS performance data across the EMEA region. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual EHS performance reports. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist in the implementation of performance improvement initiatives. Analytics and Reporting: Conduct data analysis to support EHS initiatives and decision-making processes. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize EHS performance metrics. Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting across the region. Support data validation and ensure the accuracy and integrity of EHS data. Automation: Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate data reporting processes. Collaborate with analytic team and other departments to implement automation solutions. Develop and implement automated reporting templates to streamline EHS reporting. Regulatory Compliance: Support the region in staying abreast of emerging regulations and compliance requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to ensure regulatory compliance. Additional Responsibilities: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in EHS performance management and analytics. Conduct research and analysis on EHS best practices and industry trends. Provide administrative support to the EHS Excellence team as needed. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with automation tools or programming languages is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
