This individual will serve as a key liaison between the business, the development team and the MIS department, coordinating activities and deployment providing technical support to ensure consistency and quality in implementations working closely with the E -Commerce Product & UX/UI Manager. Additionally, the senior specialist will play a central role in assisting the e-commerce team with bug management and new implementations. Core job responsabilities Develop and coordinate the creation of modules and components for the Guess website using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, OCAPI, API, and AJAX. Turn mockups into functional requirements using Confluence and Jira. Develop and oversee the creation of internal applications to automate workflows. Provide technical support across all teams within the e-commerce department including SFCC Business manager. Manage, create, and modify transactional emails in both the legacy system (XHTML) and the new system (HTML + AMPscript). Provide technical support in creating customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Implement custom code on the website to enhance or modify the standard behavior of pages or sections, creating personalized experiences for customer journeys in coordination with the web marketing team. Utilize Google Tag Manager for the implementation of custom tags and tracking pixels, monitoring performances. Monitor the platform's technical performance to anticipate and solve potential issues. Track Core Web Vitals to ensure a high-quality user experience. Coordinate with development and MIS team to ensure timely, feature-rich, and quality implementations. Research and integrate new partners into the website to increase revenue and conversion rate. What we’re looking for Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, OCAPI, API, and AJAX. Proficiency in using Google Tag Manager for tag management. Knowledge of a framework like React or Angular will be considered a plus. Knowledge and experience with PWA technology. Ability to implement custom solutions to enhance website functionality. Expertise in monitoring technical performance and anticipating platform issues. Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and best practices for optimizing user experience. Experience in collaborating with frontend and backend development teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment. Capability to develop internal applications to automate processes. Experience in researching and integrating new partners to enhance e-commerce performance. Problem solving mindset and sense of urgency.
