Job Description This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking New Graduate/Master's Student, interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz! The position is part of the Marketing Department in Milan, where you will join a passionate team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.

As an intern you will participate to our Young Talent Program taking ownership of projects and working closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

You change the game! Are you up for the challenge? In brief, you will be responsible for.
Acting as commercial project leader for innovation & renovation projects from idea to execution; executing and tracking of recently launched innovations; Understand consumers' needs and identify relevant insights; Develop a successful marketing strategy and the respective product and activation plan; Supporting on the definition of the Country long term and annual plans; Working on the creation/coordination of ATL and BTL activities; Closely collaborate with International Marketing teams, the local Trade Marketing, Sales and Finance Work on the Media Plan and Brand Strategy for the assigned categories; Tight control of allocated marketing budget; Monitor competitive activities What we expect from you.
Relevant degree in Management, Marketing or Economics Proficient in Business English and Italian Language Great command of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and Power Point) Please kindly note that it is necessary to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
