Job Description We are looking for a District Manager position.
The District Manager is responsible for managing the business unit within the assigned area, which covers the national territory.
Responsible for results, in terms of profit and loss, and performance on the Service Operation side which includes aspects such as safety, quality, human resource management, profitability, growth and customer satisfaction.
Takes care of customer service to develop further existing relationships.
Encourages changes in processes and procedures aimed at implementing strategic decisions.
Leads and directs the business unit according to Group goals, strategies, business needs, and market best practices and values.
Managing and developing a team of professionals and managers, ensures that the unit achieves business targets and operates in accordance with applicable regulations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES.
During your day you will be involved in one or more of the following activities.
Occupational Safety.
Timely reporting on injuries and potential incidents Participation in initiatives to identify areas for improvement in workplace safety Operational efficiency and continuous improvement Compliance with group processes Optimal management of workforce and related performance Attention to customer service delivery and satisfaction Close collaboration with the Sales team Planning and management on the Operation side, to achieve strategic goals as defined within the business plan Reporting on the performance of the business unit.
Midterm strategic planning.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE.
At least 5 years of work experience in managerial position within the industrial sector, with the preference in industrial services companies.
Good knowledge in IT systems, applied to business.
SAP, ERP, CRM, dashboard tools.
Consolidated experience, at least 5 years, in P&L and cost control.
Cross functional team management.

Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor in a technical speciality.

Economics or Finance or Engineering An MBA will be highly valued Italian native level and excellent command of English – written and spoken Willingness to travel, approximately 10% of time.
