Our Values: Lead & Inspire Commit to Win Driven to Deliver Excellence Customer Obsession One Curaleaf As a Dispensary Technician, you will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and supply of dispensed pharmaceutical materials. You will compile products within required timescales following all appropriate procedures & guidelines. Duties will include, but not be limited to: Ensuring a safe, correct, and adequate supply of pharmaceutical ingredients and packaging materials. Storing medicines in a safe manner in line with regulations. Assisting in the stock control of product, including stock checking and expiry date checking. Undertaking the return, checking, or disposal of medicines in accordance with departmental procedures. Logging accurate environmental and activity checks. Assisting with the preparation of Batching items in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Completing housekeeping duties to minimise potential for contamination. Maintaining an awareness of Health & Safety, COSHH, and personal dress & hygiene regulations at all times. Due to the heavily regulated environment you will work in as a Dispensary Technician, it is vital you always work with due diligence and regard to both internal and external requirements. You must enjoy working collaboratively to achieve team goals, but also be comfortable using your own initiative in day-to-day decision making. It is essential you: Have strong IT skills, numeracy, and reading comprehension. Are flexible and committed to continuous learning to meet varying requirements. Manage your time and resources effectively to meet departmental objectives. Maintain a professional approach to both customers and colleagues. Can work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment. Follow written procedures accurately and can hold your attention to one task for extended periods.
