DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (PL9)

Director - Finance Technology, Treasury Director Finance Technology, Trasury is responsible for creation of New Capabilities, Product advancement and Excellence in operations for Global Treasury solutions.
This Leader creates strategy for Global Treasury transformation, defines technology platform and products architecture, leads system integration for acquisition and divestitures.
Director Finance Transformation is accountable for continuous improvement of Treasury products (tech excellence, reduction of incidents and service requests, improvement of CSAT).
Director Finance Transformation is responsible for the creation of a strategy for operational excellence, design and implementation of support model for products in scope.
The role is accountable for measurement and continuous optimization of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for products in scope.
For Treasury Management System (TMS) transformation program, this leader will be accountable for the IT execution of the program.
In collaboration with Treasury, Finance Solutions & Technology (FS&T), MedTech and Innovative Medicine partners Director Finance Transformation defines program roadmap, business case, required investment and enables resources for implementation of the program.
Director Finance Transformation enables technology to drive business value and meet program objectives.
Director enables integration of TMS solution with Finance SAP S4H (TransAct), Supply Chain SAP S4H (TranSCend) for MedTech and Innovative Medicine sectors.
This Leader masters cross-sector stakeholders and vendor relationship management for integration of TMS solution.
Director Finance Transformation is accountable for IT budget spend for programs in scope to ensure that scope of the solution is implemented as per approved Capital Appropriation Request (CAR).
In addition to the program execution responsibilities, this role will also have Technology product leadership responsibilities supporting Treasury product including legacy solutions.
Responsibilities— Program IT execution end to end for Treasury Management System (TMS) Enable technology to drive business value and meet program objectives Enable integration of TMS solution with TransAct solution, TranSCend MedTech and TranSCend Innovative Medicine solutions Define program roadmap, business case and required investment Enable resources required for implementation of the Program Define and mitigate Program risks Cross-sector stakeholders and vendor relationship management IT Solution governance End to end SDLC delivery ownership Enabling New Capabilities for products in scope.
Creation of strategy for Global Treasury transformation Ownership of Global template design + Product design + development lifecycle Technology platform and products architecture Technology infrastructure System integration for acquisition and divestitures User experience strategy and design HPT based product centric model for Product Management.

Define strategy for operational excellence of products in scope Design and implement support model for products in scope Build and operate IT organization for run state of products in scope Measure and continuously optimize TCO of products in scope Enablement of production systems’ stability Business continuity Enablement of security and compliance Audit preparation, defense, remediation Contract management Time disposition of the applications Qualifications Qualifications - 15+ years of experience of SAP implementation (in Program Lead or Platform Lead roles) including min 5+ years of experience with SAP 4Hana, key experiences in team Global template deployment in S4 10 years+ of experience with implementation and maintenance of Treasury solutions (SAP,SWIFT etc) Experience with 1 full cycle of implementation of SAP S4H for Treasury Cash & Banking, Payment factory and Core Treasury capabilities 10+ years of experience in Global IT roles in international organizations 10+ years of experience in Finance transformation 10+ years of people management experience (teams with 20+ roles) 10+ years of IT budget management experience ($25MM+ budget accountability per year) Master’s degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science
