Digital Influencer and PR Manager - Beauty Sector Our client is seeking a creative and dynamic individual to fill a multifaceted position that requires expertise in managing digital influencer partnerships and executing effective public relations strategies. The company was founded in 2011 in Veneto (where the HQ is still located) to offer B2B clients high-standard professional products on the market, guaranteeing delivery within 24/48 hours throughout Italy. In 2019, the fan base grew exponentially thanks to the new website and mobile app, and the company expanded to sales in foreign markets: France, Germany, Spain, and the UK. In this growth scenario, the company has decided to invest in the Marketing Division with a new role of Digital Influencer & PR Manager - Beauty Sector for managing digital influencer partnerships, executing effective public relations strategies, and coordinating successful trade events. Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Influencer Marketing Develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the overall brand strategy and campaign objectives. Identify and research potential influencers and content creators who align with the brand's values and target audience. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating collaborations, contracts, and compensation terms. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging influencer-driven content that promotes products or services. Oversee influencer content creation to ensure it maintains brand consistency, meets campaign goals, and resonates with target audiences. Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Public Relations Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand awareness, manage the brand's reputation, and maintain positive media coverage. Cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, and media to secure press coverage and features. Write and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and coordinate interviews and media appearances for company spokespeople. Collaborate with influencers and PR contacts to create compelling and shareable content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and more. Leverage influencer and media relationships to amplify brand messages and reach a wider audience. Reporting and Analysis Gather and analyze data from influencer campaigns, PR efforts, and trade events to measure ROI and effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and presentations that highlight key metrics and provide insights for future strategies. Relationship Management Foster and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, influencers, and media contacts to enhance the company's network and opportunities. Profile QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in Business or Communication. Strong experience (4+ years) in high-end digital companies. Experience in beauty or related categories (fashion, lifestyle) and in B2B is a plus. Strong expertise in developing and executing effective influencer and PR strategies. Proven experience in influencer marketing, public relations, and event management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in social media platforms and PR tools. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
