DESIGN FOR SUPPLY CHAIN

Adecco Italia Spa looking for a Design for Supply Chain. The Specialist is responsible for providing and managing the Supply Chain Support of Colico plant's product during Standardization, New Product Development, New supplier Development and lean supply chain processes improving the turn key solutions.He is key interface between Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain, and shall be experts in area such asOptimal Sourcing Cost Analysis as well as possessing and general understanding of relevantmanufacturing processes (Forging, Fabrications, machining, etc.) and lean manufacturing. Theseactivities are performed in line with the relevant Sourcing Strategy and the overall company businessstrategy.Responsabilità:Key responsibilities- Sets action plans for improving lead time, cost reduction and on time delivery maintaining always high the level of quality- Reduce Subcon spent of Colico plant and switch the spent to Turn-key solutions.- Provide input to the engineering team on a wide range of supply chain concepts and enforces supply chain plans that secure supply and minimize disruptions from the concept phase through the feasibility and development of new designs, in accordance with Category Sourcing Strategies- Coordinates with SLB Sourcing for sourcing and Negotiation of agreement - Works alongside Sourcing Manager/s to minimize risk and maximizing value in terms of quality,delivery and total cost of ownership.- Lead supplier evaluation, assessment, qualification, and selection processes, up to parts &process qualification, in coordination with Supplier Quality teams, and Supply chain Team.- Lead the contract negotiation process with suppliers in coordination with Contract Specialistsand other stakeholders (Sourcing Managers).- Build strong relationships with Engineering, Sourcing and Quality.- Identify VE opportunities and implements actions to reduce product costs, increase product /manufacturing efficiency.- Monitor standard material performance and implement action plans to resolve any drop-inperformance where applicable. Specific deliverables of the position: Contracts and pricingagreements for standardized material- Effective supplier base in line within category strategy- Support Engineering to achieve NPD (New Products Development) milestones.Requirements- Technical University degree (preferably materials, mechanical or chemistry)- Ability to read mechanical drawings- Minimum of 5 years of previous experiences in a similar role or in project management (O&G or Energy field) in international company with Italian and Foreign suppliers- Fluent in English (spoken and written)- Knowledge of Office packag- Ability to communicate with effective stakeholder managementProactive approach to problem solving, team-work orientation and accuracy and attention to details.Work location: Colico (Lc)Categoria Professionale: Ingegneria / Ricerca e Sviluppo / LaboratorioCittà: Colico (Lecco)Disponibilità oraria:
