DESIGN FOR SUPPLY CHAIN

Si dovrà interfacciare con il team Engineering, Quality e Supply Chain.
La risorsa dovrà essere esperta in analisi dei costi di approvvigionamento e avere una conoscenza generale dei processi pertinenti alla produzione e della Lean Production.
Responsabilità.
Nello specifico si occuperà di.
• Stabilire piani d'azione per migliorare i tempi di consegna, ridurre i costi e garantire consegne puntuali mantenendo alti gli standard di qualità • Ridurre le spese dei subappaltatori del plant e spostarle verso soluzioni più efficaci • Fornire input al team Engineering sui processi della Supply Chain e proporre piani strategici per garantire l'approvvigionamento continuo, ottimizzando i processi fin dall'ideazione attraverso la fattibilità e lo sviluppo di nuovi procedimenti • Coordinarsi con il team per l'approvvigionamento e la negoziazione di accordi • Collaborare con i Sourcing Manager/s per minimizzare i rischi e massimizzare il valore in termini di qualità, consegna e costo • Guidare i processi di valutazione e selezione dei fornitori in collaborazione con il team di Supplier Quality e il team di Supply Chain • Guidare il processo di negoziazione con i fornitori in collaborazione con i Contract Specialist e gli altri stakeholders • Costruire forti relazioni con il team Engineering, Sourcing e Quality • Identificare opportunità di Value Engineering (VE) e implementare azioni per ridurre i costi dei prodotti e aumentare l'efficienza della produzione • Monitorare le prestazioni dei materiali standard e implementare piani d'azione per risolvere eventuali cali di prestazioni, dove necessario • Stabilire e negoziare i prezzi per i materiali standardizzati • Gestione strategica dei fornitori per un Supply Chain resiliente • Supportare il team Engineering nello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti (NPD).
La risorsa ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti.
• Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico (preferibilmente in materiali, meccanica o chimica) • Capacità di lettura di disegni meccanici • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile o nella gestione di progetti (settore O&G o Energia) in un'azienda internazionale con fornitori italiani ed esteri • Inglese Fluente (parlato e scritto) • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office • Capacità di comunicare con una gestione efficace degli stakeholder • Approccio proattivo alla risoluzione dei problemi, orientamento al lavoro di squadra, precisione e attenzione ai dettagli Completano il profilo ottime doti comunicative, capacità di problem solving, team working e attenzione al dettaglio Luogo di lavoro.
