Within the S&OP team, and specifically in the  Demand & Requirements Management group , you will have the following responsibilities.
Control and validation of "make to stock" requirements of the various channels/markets/plants of production.
This activity, aims to monitor the consistency of the entire sales flow and verify the deviations on the various periods/horizons of analysis Verify consistency between sales inputs from business/finance sources, versus what is in the planning tools (by channel and market) with the goal of reconciling the two items.
Manage and schedule meetings with local business teams defining with them the appropriate actions to reduce the gap between sales objectives and system signal Support the controlling team in analyzing the impact of obsolescence risk in the rolling horizon of 12m   PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE   Each and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company.
