DEMAND PLANNER TRAINEE

We are seeking a Trainee for our Demand Planning office. The Trainee will utilize data analysis to effectively support the planning of future increases or decreases in product demand, aiming to minimize profitability losses caused by overstocking or shortages. This role involves collaboration with the procurement area, a comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations, applying analytics for data-driven decision-making, and effective communication to contribute to critical decisions.  For this position, a car is required.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management: Analyze, review, and process purchase orders from issuance to goods receipt.
Order Acknowledgment and Invoice Review: Review order acknowledgments and invoices for exceptions.
Import Process Management: Ensure the correct management of the import process as needed.
Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate with managers regarding delivery issues and other relevant information requiring cross-functional supply chain strategies.
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels consistent with target levels.
Reporting and Presentation: Prepare slides and reports for cross-functional, executive, and vendor meetings.
