Ten (10) plus years of refinery operations experience.
Possesses an advanced understanding of refinery process unit operations and applications.
Interprets plant process flow diagrams and P&ID’s.
Provides solutions and develop procedures on issues or concerns that may arise during client meetings and project completion.
Demonstrates strong team leader skills that foster a good team environment.
Demonstrates commitment to and enforcement of company values, policies and procedures.
Responsible for training and developing employees on their team.
Performs operations in a reliable and consistent manner by following written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
Conducts pre-job walks and discusses the procedures with client.
