Data Quality Analyst (fixedterm contract) sennder is Europes leading digital freight forwarder.

You would join our Operations Program & Innovation department based out of the Milan office and will report to the Team Lead Ops.

About The Role As a Data Quality Analyst youll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting the Operations Programs & Innovation department and specifically the Network Quality Team by analyzing and identifying logistic network inefficiencies managing carriers delays and penalties.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL.
Ensure compliance with service quality KPIs by monitoring and supporting continuous performance improvement.
Work together with carriers to reduce the impact of low performances through bonus/malus mechanisms.
Analyze operational issues by identifying their root causes and proposing corrective actions through daily KPIs monitoring (e.
.
ontime performance incidents).
Build supplier performance reports in order to create presentations useful to management.
Support the definition of processes with the aim of identifying best practices and improving performance.
Work closely with Operations and Program Management teams to improve our quality metrics.
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
PREFERABLY YOU HAVE.
Bachelors degree in economics statistics engineering or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
Proficiency in GSuite and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); essential proficiency in SQL.
Strong analytical skills to conduct analyses and translate them into actionable insights.
Proactive selfstarter with excellent organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptive mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
