Descrizione dell'offerta The Regional Office looks after the Rocco Forte Hotels in the Italian Region, the Hotel Savoy in Florence, the Hotel de Russie the Hotel De La Ville and the Rocco Forte House in Rome, the Verdura Resort and Villa Igiea in Sicily and Masseria Torre Maizza in Puglia.
Each hotel is characterized by the family philosophy and typical design of the Rocco Forte Hotels, yet reflects the unique character of the location.
Main purpose.
The Data Analyst, Revenue Management works with the Revenue Management team to maximize hotels revenue by providing analytical analysis.
Must have basic knowledge in hotel revenue management, ecommerce, sales, marketing and distribution to offer support to the RM Team in making the optimal revenue decisions.
Reports to.
Regional Director of Revenue & Reservations.
Main duties and responsibilities.
• Maintains short-term & long-term trends of the local markets.
Tracks and communicates business and market trends for all hotels to the RM team and to the Regional Executive Team.
• Prepare accurate analysis and tracking of market, geographic, channel, key accounts in order to check effectiveness of strategies and performance to budget.
• Automate reports and build dashboards to periodically analyze the performance outcomes of revenue management initiatives at regional and hotel level.
• Maintain effective relationships with other departments within the company to identify data sources to be utilized.
• Prepare and analyzes the group trends report, monitoring group blocks, wash factors and optimal group booking windows.
• Prepares all reports to be used for the weekly forecasting meeting.
• Responsible for updating the daily pick up reports and their distribution.
• Responsible for updating daily hotels’ results on the STR portal.
• Evaluates the daily, weekly and monthly STR report to understand the trends of hotels and competition.
Interprets market conditions, trends, and the competition with the RM Team.
• Conduct audits to ensure all rate plans and inventory control are set up properly.
• Ensures all Revenue Management data files are organized and maintained.
• Prepare reports and analysis on demand.
• Load new rate codes and update old rate codes in PMS, CRS, RMS and other distribution channels.
• Control that parity rates is respected on all distribution channels.
• Update hotels, inventory and rate description on different languages on all distribution channels.

Other requirements.
• 1-3 years experience in a Data Analyst role.
• Good understanding of PMS system, CRS and Business Intelligence systems.
• Strong analytical skills required and ability to apply those skills to identify revenue opportunities and shortfalls.
• Advance Excel experience is required.
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
