This position reports to Digital Solution Engineering Manager . Your role and responsibilities You will be working as a Cyber Security Specialist and will be part of the Process Automation business area for Energy Industries - Digital Division. The division integrates automation, electrification, instrumentation, and telecom to enable customers’ business transformation in a converging IT/OT environment. The priority is to help customers embrace digitalization securely with solutions that make data access, visualization, and understanding easier than before. The candidate will be part of a Cyber Security team in the local division, supporting the implementation of Cyber Security measures on OT-Systems and maintaining Cyber Security systems on small and large Distributed Control Systems installed in different production environments such as Power Production, Chemical and Pharmaceutical, and Oil & Gas plants. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Applying basic Cyber Security controls and protections for OT Systems: Centralized Patch Management Centralized Antivirus, Allow listing, and Device control Centralized Backup System System Hardening User Access Management Installation and configuration of centralized WSUS and Antivirus with automatic download from upstream servers. Installation of Cyber Security tools and software Upgrading and backing up various IT distributed environments Active Directory Management (GPO Management), RADIUS authentication, Domain Controller configurations like trust/integration/authentication User access management Networking management and configuration Qualifications for the role You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. You have a good knowledge of the most common software tools for engineering development. Ease of learning and familiarization with modern technologies and technical solutions. Availability for short/medium period business travels to perform on-site commissioning activities. You have 2 years of experience in the OT/software industry with a focus on cyber security. Knowledge of installation and configuration of Microsoft platforms from W2008/W2016/W2019/W2022 Servers and W7/W8/W10/W11 Clients and Linux Red-Hat is a plus. You are passionate about analyzing data and situations, synthesizing causes and solutions, and capitalizing on experience. You are proactive at solving problems and result-oriented. You are comfortable communicating in Italian and fluent in English.
