About the role.
For our Polo Italia Customs team based in Alba (CN), we are currently looking for a Customs Specialist.
Main Responsibilities.
Covering this position, you will support Ferrero companies in Italy with Customs-related issues.
In particular, you will ensure compliance in import/export processing and Customs classification, accurately drafting the related declarations and documents.
Additionally, you will provide necessary documentation for Customs authorities, in order to support the operational management of the inbound and outbound flows.
You will use the Customs Decisions System, working with the Supply Chain and Finance departments on Customs issues.
In this role, you will also review and monitor Customs regimes,guarantee for the related authorizations and work for the proper functioning and maintenance of the AEO authorization.
Who we are looking for.
Thanks to your degree or equivalent qualification in Customs/Trade matters and your 2-6 years of experience in Customs and Trade compliance, you will bring strong operational and technical skills to the team.
Your deep knowledge of Customs regimes and AEO, combined with your interpersonal and teamwork skills, will be essential.
Your detail-orientation, organization, and capability to manage multiple priorities are key elements for us.
Proficient in MS Office, you will also use SAP, the Customs Decisions System and the TARIC databases.
