Customer Support Specialist with Italian and English (Relocation Assistance) Location: Varese, Bulgaria Salary: EUR 30.000 - 50.000 Purpose of Position: The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting. As a Customer Support Specialist with Italian and English, you will be part of a great team and together you will: Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction Identify and assess customers’ needs Assist with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, chat, or tickets Qualifications: Fluency in Italian and excellent communication skills are required. Experience in a similar role is not necessary.
