RESPONSABILITÀ La figura selezionata, in collaborazione con l'unità commerciale, avrà un ruolo cruciale nel garantire un'esperienza cliente di alto livello.
Nello specifico, sarà responsabile di.
– Accoglienza clienti.
gestire con professionalità e cortesia il primo contatto con i clienti, – Consulenza personalizzata.
analizzare le esigenze del cliente e fornire consigli puntuali e su misura, guidandoli nella scelta dei veicoli più adatti alle loro necessità; – Orientamento informativo.
fornire informazioni dettagliate e trasparenti sulle caratteristiche tecniche; REQUISITI – Conoscenza o forte passione per il settore automotive; – Residenza o domicilio a Prato o nelle zone limitrofe; – Disponibilità a lavorare a tempo pieno.
ALTRE INFORMAZIONI Orario di lavoro.
dal lunedì al sabato mattina, full time, 40 ore settimanali.
Si offre un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato, con possibilità di stabilizzazione a tempo indeterminato.
CCNL Commercio, V livello, con prospettive di crescita professionale.
