RESPONSABILITÀ' - Consulenza telefonica a clienti e vendita servizi - Risoluzione dei problemi - Rispondere a diverse tipologie di domande - Trasferire tempestivamente tutte le informazioni ai centri decisionali opportuni dell'impresa COMPETENZE - Esperienza pregressa in attività e settori affini - Preferenziale diploma/laurea in ambito economico/linguistico/turistico - Buona conoscenza pacchetto office - Preferenziale la conoscenza delle lingue, principalmente l?inglese - Eventuale disponibilità a turnazioni e lavori festivi Sede di lavoro.
