Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for resources to be included in work teams specialized in Enterprise Risk Management and operating within consulting projects for medium and large-sized financial intermediaries.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The selected candidate will join the Prometeia proprietary software delivery team, specializing in Risk Management for international financial intermediaries.
Specifically, they will support project managers in operational tasks to facilitate the delivery of Prometeia's internal software dedicated to calculating credit risk measurements as well as IFRS9 impairments.
The team will assist clients in the practical, day-to-day use of Prometeia's software, including but not limited to.
Data feeding, using SQL Data quality, using Microsoft Excel and SQL Software parameterization User acceptance tests on modifications and initial delivery Running the systems under different economic scenarios Producing regulatory and internal reports EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Master's degree with excellent grades in computer engineering, computer science, management engineering, economics Other Master degrees in scientific subjects will be considered, provided that a relevant part of the degree program included computer science, programming languages, financial accounting or applied economics Knowledge of SQL is required; knowledge of other programming languages is preferential (especially R) Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint Good quantitative knowledge Good knowledge of accounting principles is not mandatory but preferential Fluency in English is mandatory SOFT SKILLS Excellent diagnostic skills Aptitude for problem solving and communication Excellent teamwork aptitude LOCATION Bologna, Milano WHAT WE OFFER.
