Job title: Creative Producer Department/Brand: The Wild Reports to: Director of Production Hours: Full time / Hybrid Working Salary: Competitive Office Location: London, UK Start Date: ASAP Role Purpose The Wild are looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join our growing team to work across our branded content projects. We’re looking for someone who wants to own projects end to end, become a core team member and help develop this agency into working on bigger and better campaigns. You’ll love all things production and have a positive, collaborative approach at all times. You’ll be social first in your creative perspective and want to make award-winning content that’s forward-thinking, imaginative and original. Key Responsibilities You’ll lead on the creative production of our projects, taking creative concepts and making them into engaging, thumb-stopping social videos. You’ll be able to produce social-first scripts, shotlists and step in to direct, seeing your creative vision through from concept to delivery. You’ll work alongside the project & account management teams to ensure our clients requirements are met, as well as our creative vision. You’ll work with the Director of Production to create & manage the production elements of the shoot such as timelines and budgets. You’ll be able to suggest creative solutions in relation to production budget and timelines, and are able to keep a composed, flexible and positive attitude when problem solving. You’ll be able to develop campaign creative for cross-platform activation and will know what works on each social media platform eg; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. You’ll be able to work with the production and project management teams to help produce our shoots, stepping in when required to book crew, manage talent and oversee equipment. You’ll be able to research creative executions, check if it’s feasible and work for social. You’ll be able to develop new editorial video ideas that will work across Jungle Creations media brand portfolio. You’ll work with clients on a weekly/daily basis and be adept at managing them through the end to end creative production process. You’ll lead on edit feedback making sure the content is in line with the creative briefs and client asks. Act as an ambassador for the company and the team internally and externally. What we need from you! Previous experience as a Creative/Video Producer, creating social-first branded content and editorial for media brands and clients. Be an expert on social media platform creative, with a back catalog of editorial entertainment content on your portfolio. A knowledge of production, including budgeting, schedules, camera equipment and editing. Ability to work across multiple projects at different stages, from creative development to edit.
