Global HR Global Finance, Procurement & IT Group Legal & Corporate Affairs Global Communication & External Relations Transformation Global Strategy, Sustainability and Growth (SSG)   Who we are looking for Purpose We are looking for a Corporate Strategy Lead who will report to the Head of Corporate Strategy.
As part of the Corporate Strategy team, he/she will be an active contributor to the definition of the Group strategy and priorities, as well as a key actor in enabling strategic decision making and monitoring strategy implementation.
He/She will be a key interface for Chiesi franchises, corporate functions and affiliates in shaping their plans in alignment with the Group ambition and targets.
Main Responsibilities Be a business partner for franchises, corporate functions, affiliates and regions in defining, cascading, monitoring and revising the long-term (5-10 years) and mid-term (3-5 years) ambition and priorities, in alignment with Chiesi Group ones.
Foster continuous strategic dialogue within the areas of responsibility to ensure effective implementation of the Group strategic planning process and right trajectory to reach Group objectives based on internal and external events.
Partner with Global Finance to align financial trajectory with strategic priorities.
Partner with R&D and Business Development for strategic portfolio review.
Lead strategic projects with key stakeholders to enable appropriate strategic decision making at senior leadership level.
Foster full integration of the company's values and sustainability commitment throughout all the steps of the strategic process Experience Required At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy and/or management consulting in the Healthcare (Pharma, Biotech, Devices) Industry.
Operational experience (marketing, sales, R&D) or finance/business planning experience is a plus.
Experience in a Headquarters is a nice to have.
Skills Required Global, strategic mindset and advanced modeling and financial analysis capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.
Cross functional leadership skills to enable impactful decisions in teams without direct reporting structure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong collaborative working relationships.
Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment driving projects forward.
Education Scientific, Economic or Engineering academic background.
Languages Fluent in English, Italian is nice to have; any additional language is considered a plus.
Location Parma or any other Chiesi location.
If not based in Parma, a presence in HQ on a regular basis is required.
