Responsibilities: Preparing information management proposals and coordinating designers in tender processes. Defining contractual requirements for BIM services assigned to third parties. Drafting information management plans for projects. Coordinating designers during the start-up phases of projects. Supervising and supporting BIM Teams in operational activities. Centralizing and disseminating project-related know-how. Implementing standards and procedures for BIM Data Management protocols. Analyzing and reviewing BIM models provided by clients, designers, and consultants. Document management: overseeing workflows, reception, validation, and quantity control from BIM models. BIM modeling using authoring software in the construction sector. Conducting 4D simulations. Developing algorithms for automation and optimization, including 4D and 5D applications. Creating apps for reporting and dashboards for data analysis and communication. Defining templates for BIM information integration. Functional testing on new software applications. Conducting training and tutoring activities. Coordinating corporate innovation programs. Requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture. At least 5 years of proven experience in an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) company or as a general contractor. Proven experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Dynamo, Bentley OpenRail, Synchro 4D, etc. Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Python). Experience with virtual reality, augmented reality, and headsets. Ability to extract, organize, and capitalize on data from BIM models and work with databases. Experience in organizing, analyzing, and reporting data and information within the AEC sector. Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad. Excellent command of English.
