You will be working in a multinational environment, in particular, you will.
responsible for managing all aspects of contract development, negotiation, execution, and compliance for capital projects.
Ensures that contracts are aligned with project requirements and legal standards, mitigating risks and projects changes defined during the capital project Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
Monitor contract performance reporting and compliance reporting, identifying any deviations or non-compliance issues and escalate to Senior Buyer Identify potential risks associated with contracts and develop mitigation strategies.
Stay current with legal and regulatory changes that may impact contract management, act as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters with suppliers and vendors #LI-EU If you share our passion for consulting and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you.
2-3+ years of experience in contract management, preferably within the engineering, technology, or Oil and Gas sector.
Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation strategies, and risk management, experience with contract management software and tools.
Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills and knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
