Consultant – Energy Policy & Regulation, AFRY Management Consulting We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join us for our next stage of growth. As a Consultant in our team you will: Work as part of a team across a wide range of energy and sustainability engagements. Gather, interpret, and use legislative and regulatory texts to develop evidence-based recommendations. Conduct research and contribute to client reports. Participate in client meetings and present regulatory insights to a wide range of audiences. Contribute to AFRY thought leadership and to the firm’s growth. Support senior colleagues in pitch and proposal preparation. Your profile You are highly motivated and passionate about the energy transition and sustainability. You have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in energy consulting or industry. You are educated to MSc level with a degree in Economics, Law, Political Sciences with distinction (≥ 105/110 or equivalent). You are detail-oriented and have an analytical mind, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and effective way. You have an excellent understanding of energy sector policy and regulation. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are proficient in both Italian and English. You will be operating in a commercial environment against budgets and deadlines, so you will need to be a motivated self-starter, who is proactive and has a business-oriented mindset.
