CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR Posizione The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience and, as part of the Italian Datacenter team in Milan, will focus on design and build projects.
The role is to ensure the successful delivery of the construction phase.
Main Responsibilities.
Acting as the primary contact for clients and subcontractors during the construction process.
Coordinating construction activities with on-site engineers and subcontractors.
Managing all internal project stakeholders.
Overseeing operations leading to project acceptance and commissioning.
Ensuring financial and scheduling objectives are met for the construction phase.
Requisiti Main Requirements.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in industrial building construction projects with high technical complexity and tight deadlines.
Strong technical mindset with a passion for multicultural teamwork.
Rigor, interpersonal skills, and adaptability are essential qualities for success and professional growth within the company.
Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
