The role We are on the lookout for a Community Manager for our Calabiana Campus in Milan, someone who can join us on an initial 1-year fixed-term contract.
In this role, your mission will be to create a vibrant and engaging environment for our community of innovators—ensuring that members, guests, and students feel welcomed, supported, and inspired every day.
Responsibilities Welcome members and guests, managing front desk operations and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience Foster personalized relationships through regular 1.
s, helping members connect and thrive within our ecosystem Curate, plan, and execute engaging community events—from workshops and networking sessions to informal meetups and inspirational talks Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful planning and delivery of sponsorship activities across the campus Create and distribute newsletters and communications to promote events, partners, and community highlights Support the management of the community budget, ensuring resources are used effectively and responsibly Work closely with the Sales team to identify and amplify business opportunities for the campus Leverage internal tools and Talent Garden offerings to maximize value for members and partners Stay up to date on local innovation trends, news, and events to keep the community informed and inspired Solve day-to-day challenges with the Hospitality Manager to maintain a welcoming, efficient, and vibrant coworking environment   About you Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles and are a naturally social person who energizes others, becomes a point of reference, and contributes to a vibrant community atmosphere.

Manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders, adapting your tone and communication style to different contexts Solve problems with creativity and initiative, always seeing new possible solutions instead of obstacles Design and deliver impactful community events, from ideation to execution, tailored to the needs and energy of your audience Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources with attention to detail and ownership Engage with the local tech and digital scene, staying informed and actively participating in relevant events and networks Create and plan content strategically, including newsletters and editorial calendars, using digital tools with confidence Adapt to fast-paced, ever-changing environments while maintaining focus, organization, and a collaborative mindset Bring passion and curiosity to everything you do, from daily tasks to strategic projects Work both as an effective team player and as a strong individual contributor, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment around you Communicate fluently in both Italian (native level) and spoken and written English Also, you are based in Milan and are available to reach our Calabiana campus on a daily basis.

Otherwise, we’ll still make sure to provide you with detailed and constructive feedback on your submission.
Final step.
The last stage in the process is a call with our CEO.
